Description:
Review of Existing Renewable Energy Resource Data, Energy Policies, Strategies, Plans and Projects. The goal of the project is to develop tools for decision making and to stimulate policy initiatives designed to attract public and private investment into the renewable energy sector. It lead to the development of GIS-based toolkits to be used for a more accurate techno-economic analysis that will result in realistic cost-benefit projections, and the outlining of financial incentives and energy development policies.
