But also i love to kill premiums with my regular tanks especially higher tier than mine.
T-127 offers players a chance at some relief from the pressures of tier 3 thanks to its preferential matchmaking.
For a tier 8 medium tank the t26e4 super pershing has phenomenal armor compared to its peers and it rivals some tier 8 heavy tanks.
Awesome dpm with mediocre penetration on the standard rounds and freaking amazing premium penetration of 275mm.
Not only is the super pershings armor strong it is very intricate with many different nooks and crannies that can drastically vary in effectiveness.
Unfortunately, it lacks armor and a decent gun, so the best strategy when using this premium tank is to keep moving and scouting!
This tank is the first british tier 8 premium tank and as that, the first british silver earner.
Does the super pershing get premium matchmaking
Watching it bounce 3 shots from my t-30(with the big gun and third shot was premium) almost made me go buy that stupid tank.
/u/stampela and /u/formulazr had an idea to summarize all available and rare premium tanks so the common questions could be ommitted.
But i guess the super pershing isn't really the same as the regular pershing either.
Not exactly true, for a 1,5k dmg u get around 50k with premium, with 4k dmg u get 90-100k, and 4k is not often achived, at least for me.
Obviously premium tanks are comparably better to that of a regular tank, other wise they simply wouldn't be worth the money, so i have found it gets a little depressing when i load in and see an automatic up hill battle with the amount of premium tanks set against myself and my team.
Given how the matchmaking tends to work, i think this means you probably see fewer 9s overall as well and all of this helps keep the tank from being in situations where it has insufficient penetration.
Like the side armor the rear armor on the super pershing is extremely vulnerable to taking damage.
I may be miss remembering but from what i can remember the number of premium tanks hovered roughly around 2-4 per team per match depending on day/time.
Bar theif, on 05 may 2017 - 09:49 am, said:So here is my suggestion to the game, (please do the poll too, i'd like to see some community numbers) have a hard cap on premium tanks per team.
Name(rare, preferential matchmaking, black edition available, silver earning quantifier, gold price): here i give arguments for and against the tank, reasons for you to buy or not buy it and i also.
The t26e4 is a stock m26 pershing for the hull and turret which overall isnt that protected but with the added spaced armor across the frontal hull/turret it gives it heavy tank like armor values.

A bad player can do well in a premium tank then that tank is a very good premium tank by definition.
All i'm saying is it's one of the rare premiums that are actually better than their tech tree counter part.
So I am looking at possibly adding another premium tank to help with credit grinding and was hoping for opinions on what the best tank(s) for that that are currently available in the premium store are.
Of the frontal weak spots on the super pershing are located on the turret and unusual for an american tank the higher you go the more weak spots you find.
A lot of people, tier 3 is where the game can become a bit difficult to manage, but thankfully there are a few premium tanks worth looking into to help level crews for the later tiers.
The kv-220 and the t-34-88 were brilliant choice for the first premiums (plus the free locust/t1e6/pz2j).
It can pen everything it meets, so you dont need a lot of premium rounds.
Much you make on the sp depends on your skills and play style, of course, but in general it seems to do about as well as any other tier viii premium, which is noticeably better than lower-tier premium tanks.
I disagree with some of your conclusions because playstyle combined with preferential matchmaking can really make some tanks deadly in the right hands that you otherwise said "no" to.
However, the main appeal of a premium tank isnt their ability to outclass a stock tank, its their ability to earn credits, train crew, and some of them are just plain fun to play.
Super pershing is a tier 8 medium with better frontal armor than a lot of tier 9 heavies so that puts it in op category.
I'm about to play my 7000 battle in my third year of playing, i have noticed over the past three months (give or take one) that the number of premium tanks within any given match has sharply risen.
This is for tanks that are unforgiving or have to shoot a lot of premium rounds.
Premium tanks were highly un-balanced and were/are op (like super pershing, m6a2a1, kpfw v/iv).
It's expensive for a tier 7 premium and there's the fact that it's also in the tech tree as an arguably better version and even that is nothing to be.
It is very cheap for a tier 8 heavy premium and does very well in bullying lower and same tier vehicles that refuse to press a once.
Already premiums with preferential matchmaking add a restriction - adding one on top of that is not going to make things easier.

Nevertheless, the fcm 50 t is one of the best premium tanks in world of tanks for players looking to farm credits and level up french crews.
Premium tank should be judged by only one thing: how fun it is to play, because you're paying like fifty bucks for it.
To my mind makes the tank one of the best choices when it comes to earnings:cost ratio, since its so much cheaper than any of the other tier viii premium tanks that are continuously available.
;dr: premium tank numbers have swelled in recent times and at minimum a balance per team should be put into place, or a hard cap on the amount of premium tanks per game should be instituted.
As you have probably figured by clicking on this post, it's going to revolve around premium tank numbers within the random battles match maker.
Boilermaker is very nice but gets outclassed by same tier premiums like you say the knight or the fury.
Lwe is one of the worst premium tanks out there with a hefty price tag.
