Bui Power Authority commenced in 2019 the construction of the first 10MWp of its 50MWp solar project to promote the development of a 250MWp Hydro-Solar photovoltaic (PV) Hybrid plant at the Bui enclave.
BPA has earmarked 2,600 acres of land located within the BPA Acquired Lands for solar power development.
